Monday

As of this morning Clint is doing well. The fever is down and they seem to think that they may not have to do as much skin grafting on his back as they once thought. He is scheduled for more surgery this Wednesday so keep him in your prayers.

We had a good service and visit at the nursing home this morning (pictured). It was raining this morning but that did not slow us down at all. I have chosen a text for this Sunday and have worked on that sermon and will finalize it tomorrow afternoon. We have Bible study in the morning and Bible study tomorrow night. Wednesday morning we want to go up to Dallas to check on Clint but will have to get back in time to run the bus for our evening services.

I got my walk in today and Janie walked with me for part of the way. It gave me someone to talk to while I walked. We found out today how much it will cost to fly to France and it looks doable. We talked to Jason today and ran itinerary by him and he was ok with it. The problem with scheduling a vacation so far out with tickets not refundable is that you do not know if something might happen that would keep you from going. The way we figure it is this if it God's will nothing will come up. God bless you.
