Sick Sick Sick

My day has not gone at all like I planned. I woke up at 4:00 this morning and my body was like a school house. It was as if the fire alarm had gone off and every thing I had eaten in the last 2 days ran for the nearest exits. I have a small temperature and this chicken soup is staying down so far. I do not know if it is the same virus as my oldest daughter and her family had but if it is I feel compassion for them. I have too much to do to be sick. Pray for me. God bless you.
